Environment Engineer (Wastewater and SWD ESF Specialist on Environment)

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental engineering/ Bachelors of Science in Environmental with a Master’s degree in (Civil)/Environmental engineering/Environmental Planning/ Masters of Science in Environmental is required. 10 years of experience of working in environmental management, with experience of preparing IEE/EIA reports, implementing environmental management plans (EMP), and managing wastewater/storm water/sewage treatment projects is required.
2. Should be familiar with National/State legislations, the World Bank ESF/ESSs, with proven experience in working with a multi-stakeholder community. Relevant experience on resource efficiency, pollution management and urban sustainable development is also preferred.
3. Has experience with large multilateral funded projects/ programs such as the World Bank, ADB, among others.
4. Have skills in communicating with authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Senior Water Resources Engineer cum Deputy Team leader

The expert must be an experienced civil engineer, preferably with a Master’s degree in hydraulic structures and 15 years of experience in Water Resource Sector, in small rural projects. Has experience of working as co-team leader or deputy team leader in water sector projects financed preferably by multi-lateral development agencies such as the ADB /World Bank/ or alike.
The duration of engagement is 60 months spread over a period of 72 months.

Geotechnical and Dams Specialist

Shall have Master’s /Bachelor degree in Civil engineering or related areas. At least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in design & construction stage in relevant field. Experience as Geotechnical Leader/ Dam specialist or equivalent position for at least 5years in Dam Construction project.
The duration of engagement is 24 months spread over a period of 72 months.

Environment Safeguard Support

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental engineering/ Bachelors of Science in Environmental with Masters of Science in Environmental is required.
2. 5 years of experience of working in environmental management
3. Environment / Climate Change professional with experience in EC/CTE/CTO for industrial projects.
4. Accreditation with NABET as EC/FAE is desirable.
5. Experience with large multilateral funded projects/ programs such as the World Bank, ADB etc..
6. Have skills in communicating with authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Social Safeguard Support

1. Bachelors and Masters in Social Science (Sociology, Anthropology etc.) is required.
2. 5 years of experience of working in social management
3. Social / Gender professional with experience in ESIA for industrial projects.
4. Accreditation with NABET as EC/FAE is desirable.
5. Experience with large multilateral funded projects/ programs such as the World Bank, ADB etc..
6. Have skills in communicating with authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Capacity Building and Training Expert

To have bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, water resources management, public administration or institutional management. Master’s degree is preferable. Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in institutional analyses and institutional capacity development for rural and water resources management. Preference will be given for work experience in preparation and/or implementation of externally funded projects.
The duration of engagement is 24 months spread over a period of 72 months
